Salt Lake City

Mormon pioneers labored forty years to build this Temple.  First they cut huge chunks of granite with crude tools and then hauled the rocks from the mountains to the site where God had told Brigham Young to build the temple.

The Great Salt Lake:   Even though the lake looks pretty in pictures, when you go there it STINKS.   That's why homes aren't built around the lake and why it's not a resort area.
